Prior to starting TETConsulting, I began my real estate career in 1985 as a loan representative and later as branch manager in the mortgage industry. In 1987 I started in Title Insurance with Continental Lawyers Title in the city of Riverside as a sales representative and quickly became a top producer and number two in market share.

In 1991 I followed senior management to Stewart Title Inland Empire as a sales representative, was promoted to Sales Manager after six months spending the next 14 years as a senior level Sales Manager with Stewart. While at Stewart I had extensive involvement in developing automation and sales training for Stewart Title in California as well as Stewart National, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

In November of 2004 I was recruited by the Mercury Companies to open up a new title operation, Alliance Title in the Inland Empire. In two years, as the Sr. Vice President and County Manager, Alliance Title had grown to five locations with 48 employees, a yearly revenue exceeding $2.5 million and was a profitable company with a top ten market share in both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. I retired from Title Insurance in September of 2007 to start TETConsulting.

Additionally I’m an accomplished presenter on sales as well as automation, and have been a speaker at many local Boards of Realtor functions, California Escrow Association conferences, Association of Professional Mortgage Women meetings, Real Estate/Lender offices, and other groups in the Inland Empire.
